The details
Cross-referenced with PubMed & Examine.com
Whey is a fast-digesting, complete protein that supports muscle repair; roughly 20–40g after training is the evidence-based target.
Glucose-based carbs plus fructose use two separate gut transporters, allowing intakes up to ~90g/hr with less stomach upset than a single sugar.
Around 3mg per kg of body weight reliably improves endurance performance and focus; count all caffeine sources across the day.
