The details
Cross-referenced with PubMed & Examine.com
Buffers acid build-up during hard efforts of roughly 1–10 minutes. Studies use about 0.2–0.3g per kg of body weight. Carbs Fuel matches its sizes to body weight (15g for about 50–70kg, 20g for 60–90kg, 25g for 70–110kg) and uses enteric-coated capsules, which it says reduce stomach upset. Stomach upset is the main side effect, so trial it in training.
